We're a small shop built for dog moms, cat lovers, and every proud pet parent in between. From funny tees that say what you're already thinking to accessories that celebrate the bond you share with your fur baby, everything we carry is made for people who love their pets a little (okay, a lot) more than most.

Because life is just better with paws in it.

A Personal Note from Jerry,

Tethered Hearts and Paws, welcomes you!

Jerry Collins, is the owner and founder. He began writing music lyrics in 2016 while working at FedEx Indianapolis. He has written and produced 31 songs. He began writing books in 2022. He has since written over 70 books. Jerry retired from FedEx in 2023 after working for them for 24 years. He also retired from songwriting. Many of Jerry’s books have hit the bestsellers list on Amazon and have gained popularity on Goodreads.

Jerry sometimes uses J.L. Collins, Kyle Cooke or Hoosier Haunts as his pen names. Writing is where I bring all the strange, spiritual, and heartfelt moments of life together. He's also been a retired ghost hunter too, which means he has seen and felt more than most—and now, Jerry writes to share those experiences in ways that connect with people from all walks of life.

In 2026, Jerry created Psychic Hearts Arts to go and grow beyond his writing. Jerry is offering Jewelry and accessories in his new store.

Jerry also began Tethered Hearts and Paws, A boutique apparel store with your pet in mind. Clothing inspired by the joy pets bring to everyday life. We have tee shirts, home decor and pet accessories. Slip into garments that echo the quiet joy of a loyal companion.
